    Wow, what a fantastic experience. To be honest, I was a little anxious about getting my eyes tested knowing I would probably need to get glasses. However, I was impressed with both the friendliness and professionalism of the team that worked with me. They answered my many questions, patiently talked through my results and options, and put me at ease.

    Johnny then helped me get the best deal (using my BUPA extras account) and choose two great pairs of glasses. I walked out after a free eye test, nearly 40 minutes of assistance, and two pairs of prescription glasses. And my bill? $37. Incredible. The service was outstanding.

    PS. I don't often review but thought I needed to do so. I was surprised to see the only other review to date was the total opposite of what I experienced. Seriously, I don't think I've had better service anywhere else. I would highly recommend Specsavers Broadmeadows based on my experience today.
